Welcome to the Restoration Lighting Gallery Online Store! We are pleased to share our ever-changing product catalog with you through our user-friendly web interface.

THE HOME PAGE

From our Online Store home page (https://estore.myrlg.com/) you will notice four major product categories: Lighting, Lamp Shades, Home Décor and Lighting Accessories. Click on any of the category titles to narrow your search. You can also click on any of the subcategories below to narrow your search more quickly.

The homepage features an “Online Exclusives” section with a variety of special products that we have specifically chosen to feature. Click the product title, thumbnail image or “See more” to learn more about the product, or add the item to your Shopping Cart right from the homepage by clicking on the price or Shopping Cart icon below the thumbnail.

On the right, there is a form where you can contact us by providing your first name, last name, and email address with any comments or questions you may have about our products or services.

THE MAIN CATEGORY PAGE

On a main category page (for example, Lighting) you will see that there are many ways to narrow your search. There are tabs marking each subcategory that you can click on if you know what kind of item you’re looking for. Use the drop-down menus and/or type a keyword to narrow your search further. Click “Search” and a list of items that match your search requirements will load.

Similarly to the homepage, every main category page has a “Featured Products” section that has a variety of our favorite items within each main category.

THE INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PAGE

Once you have narrowed your search, click on a specific item and you will be brought to that product’s individual page. There is a photo on the left with one to three small thumbnail images below. To get a closer look, click on the magnifying glass to the right of the image and a new window will pop-up (be sure to allow pop-ups from us in your internet browser settings). To view alternate angles of the item, simply click one of the thumbnails below the main image and it will appear in place of the original image. Similarly, click on the magnifying glass to view a larger version of the alternate view.

To the right of the image is a description of the product that includes decorative and practical details. If the product is a vintage or one-of-a-kind item, a notification will be directly above the description that says, “Unique Item – only 1 available”.

Below the description is an informational box that has 2-3 tabs: General Info, Specifications and/or Accessories.

The General Info tab has basic information about the type, style, finish, etc. of the product. If you are interested in a product, be sure to take note of the Item Number at the bottom of this tab – the Item Number is an essential reference number that will help you find a product quickly, as well as provide a reference for the staff at Restoration Lighting Gallery when assisting you with any product-specific questions.
The Specifications tab has information about the dimensions, weight and any other important technical information about the product.
The Accessories tab is available on most of our product pages, however, it may not be there depending on the type of product (for example, light bulbs will not have an Accessories tab because a light bulb is an accessory). You will find the Accessories tab as a great resource where we provide recommendations for the right sized lamp shades, matching finials, appropriate light bulbs and other accessories. You can easily add accessories to your shopping cart by entering the desired quantity and clicking the check box next to the item. Once you’ve finished, click the orange “Add to cart” button and you will notice that your shopping cart on the upper right of the screen has been updated.

THE SHOPPING CART & CHECKOUT

The shopping cart is located on the right side of every webpage (except the homepage – located at the top to the left of the site search field). Click “View Cart” to see or modify the contents of your shopping cart. When you are satisfied with your order, proceed by clicking the “Checkout” button. If you already have an account with us, enter your username and password. If not, you can create an account by clicking on the link below the Order Checkout, or you can click on the link at the very top right of the screen. Once you have created an account and logged in, follow the instructions to finalize the checkout process.
